Warranty administration

We undertake the warranty administration of all devices within the warranty period for which we have issued the warranty card, or our company is indicated on the warranty card and we have a valid contract for the given brand or type.

Important information:

For proper administration, we need your name, address, contact information, device type, brand, name, date of purchase, serial number of the warranty card.

The service or colleague will ask you for the warranty card and the document proving the purchase and, if necessary, the documents proving the installation, because they can prove the basic conditions of the warranty with these.


If the conditions of the warranty were not met, the nature of the defect is not covered by the warranty, the commissioning was not carried out by a specialist service, or the defect does not occur, you must pay the costs related to the disembarkation and inspection. When purchasing a device and when reporting a fault, please find out exactly about the warranty conditions for the given device (consumer product), in any case keep and read the user manual, warranty card and other instructions and information received for operating the device.

If our company’s contact information is listed on the warranty card, warranty (repair) claims will be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Administration beyond the warranty period

We undertake fault finding, inspection, cleaning, maintenance and -if it is possible- repair of any type and brand of device beyond the warranty period.

Making a warranty card

Creating a user manual

According to the agreement and request, we will prepare the necessary user manual (translation, editing, reproduction) for you in accordance with Hungarian legislation, or we will try to obtain it on request for a device already on the market.
